Наличие гамаш позволит несколько отдалить этот момент, т.к. водоулавливатель закрывается тканью. Заодно улучшается утепление, т.к. тепло не уходит через голенище. Кимбер выше правильно написал, что цена с долговечностью не коррелирует. Копеечный термос из Окея может служить годами, а сверхдорогой брендовый - начать спускать тепло через месяц эксплуатации.

М19 ИМХО не нужен, там вторая крестовая отвертка добавлена и второй торкс, а в них нет особого смысла.
